Group Coaching offerings from GCR Consulting give cohort members the opportunity to expand their understanding and increase their capacity as leaders. Cohorts are kept small so that the learning from one another and the coaching opportunities are maximized. Cohorts are six to eight months in duration and meet every three weeks.
Team Coaching helps existing members of teams that are working together function more effectively and creatively. Through conversations and sessions that cultivate curiosity, team members are able to establish greater levels of trust and support and increase the productivity and health of the team. Learn More.
