In Leadership Coaching, coaches work with clients to determine their goals and help them create the best route for getting to their destination.
Approach
GCR Consulting offers clients Leadership Coaching that is unique. Our work is rooted in helping clients determine and achieve their goals through real-world experience, compassion, and accountability. Using Georgetown University’s Institute of Transformational Leadership’s whole human approach, we acknowledge that the things that impact leadership and presence extend far beyond our professional roles. We work with clients to deepen their awareness of their strengths and help them shine a light on their opportunities for growth and support them throughout the journey.
Each client’s journey is different based on their goals, experiences, and personal process. Our first coaching conversation with every client focuses on what their goals are and working with them to determine how we can best support their journey. With some we start with a Leadership Circle Profile and use that as a map and reference point for their journey, with others, a more organic approach feels more supportive. Each approach is in service to the client’s growth.
