Group and Team Coaching

Group Coaching is designed to create a supportive learning environment for people working in similar industries at similar levels. Each cohort focuses on fostering a learning environment for participants that helps them develop a coaching mindset and a lasting peer group.

Team Coaching is a great way to expand the capacity of leaders and teams in businesses and organizations.  We focus on building trust within teams and then helping them identify patterns of behavior and working together that could be deepened or represent opportunities for growth.
